We understand, however, that there may be instances where you may need to return an item. To enhance your shopping experience with us, we have formulated a straightforward and convenient return policy.
Eligibility for Return
Item Condition: The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Time Frame: Items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, is required for initiating returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked as “Final Sale”.
Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
Notification: To initiate a return, kindly email us at hello@XpressoHead.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approval & Instructions: Upon receiving your email, our customer service team will assess the request and respond with return approval and instructions within 2-3 business days.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges. You will have to place a new order for the desired product after completing the return process for the original item.
